Those were some horrible pics. Does anyone know the model and make of that rifle?

Not a death but potentially a problem. Left ram rod in barrel. No way to know for sure but I suspect the rod was directly touching the bullet which is a good thing. Had the rod been separated by a space from the bullet, barrel would have likely burst:

I'm sorry if this offends anyone but an unintentional occurance does not qualify as an accident if it could be prevented by safe hunting ethics. In the link below a man is killed at the hands of his friend while hunting. Did the one discharging his firearm have a proper backdrop? Did he take a "sound shot"? I'd bet he violated safe hunting ethics in some way.
