Apology accepted.
Here are a few guide lines I choose to follow.
1) Never shoot at a deer quartering to you. No matter how close.
2) Shoot only deer that are broadside or slightly quartering away.
3) Keep shots under 20 yards.
4) Practice shooting the bow from more positions then the classic standing.
5) Keep your broadheads razor sharp.
These simple guide lines have crystalized because of mistakes I have made in the past 37 years of bowhunting. I still make mistakes once in a while but my mistakes are now the exception...not the rule.
