You might want to consider going to a digital 4.0 megaplex camera that is 6 volt. We utilize the green box throwers with digital operation. I have a solar panel attached to mine which always stays charged unless the battery goes bad. They are real reliable and shoot super clear pictures. I purchased them at Cabela's for about 50-60 bucks. They are the best that we have found. Our camera's take alot of photo's (695) in a week's time frame and they keep on clicking when we change out sd cards.
