then in 1992 another tract came up for sale, 4200 acres plus, we again got togather and purchased it, intial fee was 6700.00 and another 50.00 maintanance fee. its paid for now so I hunt 16000+ acres for 100.00 per year and can take my family and 1 guest on either piece of land.
When I'm deceased my shares in the corporations will go to my estate or whomever I leave them to in my will.

That is a forward thinking approach and in the long run cheaper than leasing. If you don't mind me asking, what is a share worth now?
