Sorry but ACC' s will still wear your rest.

I would check into various other launchers made by several rest companies. I was a slow convert to the fallaway rest but I honestly have shot several models I really like. 2 rests I have been very impressed with as of late are the Trophy Ridge Dropzone and the Trophy Taker Shakey Hunter. Both are high quality and work great. I have been testing the Trophy Taker this week and really like it. The Dropzone is built very well and also does a great job I have one to setup on one of my hunting bows as well! Like anything else in this world you have the find the combo that works great for you & only you! I know a guy who still uses a Flipper II by NAP & it is " The Rest" for him. No other will do!


The NAP rest you mentioned is great, if anything you could add a touch of fleece to the launchers & that will help you out a lot. Bass Pro & Cabelas both sell fleece covers for prong rests.
