apple no shame in asking a question, especially when you were just trying to help the local herd out. And im sure fishguts like myself only posted the info to save you some $$$ and not to put you down etc.. But mineral blocks,licks etc. are still worth while to put out because most deer that live more than 15 miles inland from the ocean need as much salt in their diet as they can get during the spring, summer and early fall months, there is just no need to spend more than 6.00 to provide the salt for them.
