i finally had a good day. if you can call it that.
went a little farther south today. setup up on a clearin on top of a ridge. saw something in a tree. oh yea brother its on.
a pair of eagles. no turkey at all.
finally did get one to fire up at 9am had to cut 200 yards of distance through the worst briars and creeks i have ever seen. get set up start calling. i was the caller today tryin to get a guy his first. pulled this bird all the way through this crap to about 25 yards and he stopped behind a fell tree. NO shot. he turned and walked off clucking telling us to follow him. got some really good pics and footage today.
