I also hunt the WMA' s and am usually the first one there, But there has been times when someone will be near my stand and in that case I' ll go to another stand (I have over a dozen trees ) picked out ahead of time through the years. My point being Don' t limit yourself to just one tree on public land and Always have a backup plan.
