The main thing is they admitted they have it. Now if they loose it they are responsible. I had to use Lyman's customer service once. The Thimble Rib screws were never tightened on my Trade Rifle. I took the rifle outside, pulled the ramrod, and the thimble rib fell off. No screws could be found.

I called Lyman and they said they did not have the parts but I did get them about three weeks later and fixed the gun finally.
