Cayugad has been using the 10 mm 200 gr XTP in his 50 cals. I am sure he will let you know his results.I seem to recall him having some excellent accuracy with it in at least one rifle. I don't see any advantage or disadvantage for switching. Unless maybe the 10mm may shoot a bit flatter for you. But again, that would be dependant on the charge.
I use this bullet in my 2 Green Mtn 1:30 twist 45 cal barrels with excellent accuracy. And I would not hesitate to use it on deer. I shoot 80 gr of Pyrodex P and a Harvester blue EZ load sabot.
