A friend has a Rohm .22 long rifle pistol. It says RG24 on the grips. Now I've read a few things saying these aren't the best quality pistols and that they are fairly cheaply made and not really recommended due to the lack of quality. What I'm wondering is are these things safe to shoot and just take target shooting? If it fails to fire not like it will really matter or anything just want to make sure they are safe to shoot. Also is it safe to use the Winchester Xpert High Velocity rounds in this?
