Default Whats the difference in these two Winchester Xpert .22 ammo's?

Well, as I've said in several other posts I've had great luck with the Winchester Xperts I've used in my 10/22. They are accurate and also seem to minimize jamming. For some reason it wants to stove pipe every few shots if you use the Federal Bulk Packs.

I've had trouble finding them at any Wal-Marts recently. The one I bought my last box of them from has been sold out for a bit now and the one nearby doesn't have them. As well as another one I checked. I ended up calling around last night and seeing if any Wal-Marts around had them. One in addition to the one I had checked told me they were sold out.

I finally got one that said they had some instock. Now this place is normally probably a good hour and half away but I was heading that way for other stuff so only had to go 20 minutes or so out of my way. I figured I'd go stock up on them.

When I got there it was in a difference box than the ones I've previously used. I still got a few boxes but I hope they work as well as the last ones.

What's the difference here? I see these say high velocity where as the old ones didn't. They say they are 1280fps where as the old one doesn't say.

Should I assume I'm going to have to resight my rifle in? Or are these basically the same thing only in a new box. Looking at the old and the new ammo side by side it pretty much looks like the same thing to me but I'm not sure if the powder or anything is any different.

Here is a picture of the old box of what I was shooting.

Here is one with the old box on the left and the new box on the right.

I know the pictures are a little blurry. If you need clearer ones so you can read what the box says I can get the regular camera out instead of my cell phone.
So does anyone know what the difference is here. Are they a higher velocity than the old ones or are they just the same old ones in a new box? Thanks guys.
