he keeps saying,NO,NO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ON CLAIMS ,until clerk says, DEMSEY/LENAHAN IS ON PHONE.

he then goes,OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

that is real world and PGC/DCNR are playing same game most likely.
