I have had such excellent luck with Birchwood Casey products, I hate to even think about changing. But I did get all the Montana X-Treme bore products. I got the Cowboy Solvent, Gun Oil, and Bore Conditioner. I am going to test two identical rifles I have around here. One with only Montana products and one with my normal Birchwood Casey products. I want to see which one makes the rifles behave the best.

So I have one scrubbed down, I treated it with the Cowboy Solvent and brushes, and was kind of surprised when I saw fowling it brought out of the barrel. I patched it clean and then used the bore conditioner in that. The other I cleaned also and have treated it with Sheath. So I will be shooting them with identical loads and cleaning them according to the manufacturer recommendations. And then see which I like better.
