Like Radk-attack said. If 60 is tha max you can draw and shoot comfortably then 60 is what you should shoot. It' s plenty of enough power for elk and moose.

It' s all about what is comfortable to you. I shoot 70 because it' s comfortable to me but if I could shoot 100 with the same ease that I can 70 then I would.

Colorado requires a minimum of 35# so I think you are safe with 60#. Don' t over do it and cause your accuracy and shoulders to suffer later.
