Man i tried it with no jig back in my younger day's...it dosent work so good. I suggest the shop. or eventually get a jig.
You just gotta have the right equipment. If you want to spend the money, get a Bitzenburger jig with a right helicle.Then get you a bottle of Goat tuff glue, and a zip strip arrow fletching removal tool and have at it. It really isnt hard at all if you have the right stuff. Its no big deal at all to do, and it not rocket science either. Just a little experimenting.
