well i got this guy yesterday and someone told me to cook some of it and try it. sooo i googled some recipes and it turned out to be some of the best meat ive ever had! i sure know whats gonna happen to all of my beavers from now on. lol

cut out the backstraps and cut into peices. beat em with a tenderizing mallet. rubbed em down good with garlic salt then trew on the grill. marinated with a mix of melted butter, worstershire sauce, and pepper. Mmm Mmm good
