That's not true. He could have bought the rack for $10 a point and saved his buck tag. You really should contact your local representative or the PGC and get a copy of the code so you know what you are talking about.

I didnt mention that, of course, he could have bought the 10 point that he didnt shoot for $100. I would never consider buying a rackand It simply didn't occur to me that a guy like Greg who is perfectly capable of harvesting a nice buck would even consider spending $100 on a rack.
