Sounds like to me the problem is in the trigger...I've got a custom flinter that I made myself, that has done that...The spring that sets that trigger needs to be stronger or the screw that holds it down has loostened...

I'd pull the trigger off and clean, lube and tighten the screws...Don't worry if you aren't mechanical, it's already broke...
