I did have a hard time getting on paper. It was shooting extremely high at first. Found a small laser pointer that I had, set the laser in the barrel and bore sighted. After that it was a brease. My 870 with a smooth slug barrel (18.5in), and Win super-x rifled slugs will shoot 2-3 inch groups at 50 yds, and 4-5 inch groups at 75 yds.
