Yeah i agree with a lot people. Talk to him, tell him your side. Tell him you will keep others out. I got permission with my neighbor because people kept tresspassing on her land, I said if im hunting there i would put in end to it. She went for it, and i did put an end to it. Also, tell him you will buy him some trees and plant them, small price to pay for some good hunting.
