No, not at all. In fact I have mounted one of my does, and have a nice short haired doe in the freezer ( 1st one this year),that I plan on mounting as well. I have taken 70+ deer in my hunting career so far, and usually just tag the does and give them to folks who need the meat. I did the same thing with my buck, except I caped it out and kept the cape and antlers, and gave the meat to a family with 2 small children who needed it.
