I have an opportunity to hunt in northwest South Dakota on a friend's family farm near Lodge Pole(hopefully next season) and am wondering if tags for deer/antelope/turkeys are available over the counter for non-residentsor is it bydrawing only?I can't seem to make sense of the SDGFP website.Thanks.
