Default Deer poop

Ive heard a lot of different "experts" give alot of different opinions on what different types of deer poop is. Some say that "clumps" are strictly made by bucks, the bigger the clump ,the bigger the buck, and "pellets" are from does. Others say "clumps'' are where any deer, buck or doe, bedded for a while and pooped as it got up from its bed and "pellets'' are what deer do when theyre on the move.

Whats your opinion?

Reason I ask is, I did a little scouting this morning and found an area w/ quite a few very fresh "clumps" ,big ones, definatly from a deer (not bear or yote). Im thinking this is a good bedding area of one or more big bucks.
