Six in one hand and half a dozen in the other.

If you look at Hornady bullets the .277" 130 grain soft point (non premium bullet)has a higher BC than the same 7mm bullet in 139 grain. Butwith the SST bullet the 7mm has the edge.

With the 6.5mm diameter a 140 grain is a very long and sleek bullet and thus the very high BC.

Generally speaking, the smaller the bullets diameter the higher the BC will be for a given bullet weight because the bullet must be made longer as the bullet diameter decreases and this increases the BC of a bullet provided the bullets are made with the same design.... IE: boat tail bases, same ogive, same type of tip, etc...
