GMMAT, what you do with YOUR deer is not my concern.In some states, noy utilizing the entire animal is against the law.(not sure exactly what is meant by the entire deer?)[&:]

Just to address the original post........yep, I know where the tenderloins are.

Unless I am donating the deer to a program like "hunters feeding the hungry", where I must pay to have the deer processed, I NEVER gut a deer. I personally do not eat the heart or liver, and I can get the loins out in less than a minute without the deer being gutted.

It is much faster, easier, and produces cleaner meat when you leave the chest cavity closed. I can`t think of a way to pull the heart-liver out without opening her wide though?[&:]
