GMMAT, what you do with YOUR deer is not my concern.

In some states, noy utilizing the entire animal is against the law.(not sure exactly what is meant by the entire deer?)[&:]
Just to address the original post........yep, I know where the tenderloins are.
Unless I am donating the deer to a program like "hunters feeding the hungry", where I must pay to have the deer processed, I NEVER gut a deer. I personally do not eat the heart or liver, and I can get the loins out in less than a minute without the deer being gutted.
It is much faster, easier, and produces cleaner meat when you leave the chest cavity closed. I can`t think of a way to pull the heart-liver out without opening her wide though?[&:]
