RE: Does a full moon effect the time/way you hunt?
Maybe I can help. IN GENERAL. A full moon does effect the way deer feed and when they bed down. Generally deer will feed through out the night during a full moon and bed down earlier than during other moon phases. Occasionally you will see deer in the early morning, but I don't go out in the morning during a full moon. Midday, 10:30 to 1:00 where I hunt can be productive. Evening would be your best bet. I would allow four to five hours for evening hunts.
Good Luck!
