It has to net 125" or more after the 60 day drying period where typically you end up losing a couple of inches. DO not put antlers in freezer.Like schultzy saidif you have one big enough or think you do it has to be measured by a official from P&Y look at the site and find one thats closest. There is no charge these guys love antlers and volunteer the time.
IF it does qualify after 60 days of drying time and you want it entered in the book it's $25 bucks and you need a picture of you in the field with the animal, no blood and guts take tasteful pics and then one from each side of the deers rack. Front, then from each side. That's about it.
