Couple questions, is the bolt sticking up for the fluid head welded in place or do you use a loose bolt up through the bottom?

Also, what type of shotgun mic/input hookup setup is that you are running? satisfied with its performance?
Honestly I'd have to look. Yes I do like it, it's performance is great.

Now ya just need a thumb remote for the handle of your fluid head, and you will be golden for self filming....Seriously, for less than 200 bucks you can eliminate nearly all the hassle of filming yourself. On/off, record, zoom in/out, and focus all conveniently located at your thumbs reach.
In time, not this year.
I hope to have a camera man or be the camera man more than being self videoing.
