By what I' d shoot:

12 gauge for ducks/squirrels/etc.
.270 for everything up to things that could eat me.
.338 for things that could eat me.

I' m done.

Man, I love my .270!

Y' know, since I' m thinking about it, and I' ve got an extra gun, I think I' ll pick up a .45-70 to go play in the brush with... not necessary by any stretch, though.
