Sounds like you guys had a blast. Congrats to Matt on the nanny! Matt, are you giving the camera the finger???
Thanks, enjoyed the pics
Not intentionally, LOL

One footnote on the pictures........the vertically challenged individuals among us kept placing me on the "low side" or in a hole for the pictures to even out the appearance.LOL
Sort of a "Natural Male enhancement"

It really was a good time, I have backstraps marinading as we speak my hunting clothes in the wash and yep I have some confimed Poison ivy/oak something or other on my forearms? For a while there I though Jeff had some REALLY mean mosquitos.

The visibility in some areas even though alot of what we hunt was mature hardwoods was pretty limited like Rob said. The 2nd to last evening when we had that little 5pt around us I was pointing over and over to rob as he looked at me through his binos that there was a buck standing 30 yards from him but he couldn't find him.
He'd look at me, I'd point........he'd look for the deer..........look back at me, I'd point........and he'd look for the deer.

On the 2nd morning I had 12 deer around me and if not for one or 2 trees Rob would have seen them all as well. If I hadn't been where I was he would have never known there were that many deer within 60 yards of him.

Cool time, wish it wasn't 7hrs or so down.......maybe again in Novemeber sometime. Thanks again Jeff and Lisa!
