Lucky for him there are no copy write infringments on domain names. He could end up making some good money if Team Realtree or NASCAR wanted it really bad, probably not but it could if that were the scenario. If I am not mistaken, I think something like that happened to the Mars candy bar company. Someone anticipated their domain name and bought it before they did. Of course, Mars refused to buy it but that is just one example.
