The thing with the Rage's is that they arent an over the top mechanical. They require much less blade movement to open up as oppose to the over the tops. They have a slip cam system, where the shoulders of the blade are pushed back on contact making the blades deploy. Most other mechanicals are over the top, and they need more KE to deploy and penetrate because of the way they are designed.
