Just ran your numbers the arrows are optium spine but the FOC is down only 9.3
If you go to a 100 gr head your spine is still in the green but the FOC comes up to 11.9
Better still if you go to a 125gr head you are still in the green and the FOC is 14.1
Try 100 and 125gr heads and see how they fly.
