I can get 300 acres of some of the best hunt I've ever seen for 225K, right now.
x2. I didnt want to stir the pot though. We passed on 20 acres last year that sold for 30k, good hunting but land locked and not that big.
Land isnt bringing the outrageous prices that alot think in a lot of places. there is a 500 acre farm 5 minutes down the road for sale for 1.2 mil....there is a 500 acre farm 40 minutes away that is right at 500k.....all about location lol.
