Default RE: 20ga ultra slug report

Don't be afraid to try some regular winchester BRI sabots either. And when you try some of these shells try the 2 3/4" and 3 inch loads, often times they shoot different. I have two buddies, one owns an 870 with a factory rifled barrel, the other owns an 11-87 with a hastings barrel. Both their guns shoot great with the 2 3/4 inch BRI loads, but if they use the 3" inch loads the groups more than double.

Like I said, these guns can be very fickle. From what I hear though the 20 gauges tend to be more forgiving.
