I have high standards, I'm holding out for a3 legged, piebald, one antlered 4 point. Nothing less, nothing more.

I play it by ear, early season, I have higher standards. I look for a nice 8 point bigger than anything I have shot. Towards the end of the season, I play it by ear.A mature 4 point walks out, You bet Im taking the shot. I think the size all depends on the part of the country and hunting pressure. Those of us who hunt highly pressured land where I do will find anybuck over 100 a nice trophy.
