That sounds fair to me, Super. I don't like it poaching and those that do it either, but there has to be some standard. For most folks, three grand is a lot of money. The other advantage to the case being closed is that there is now a reputation and precedent for poachers being caught and fined. If they are going to continue to poach, they've got to work a lot harder at it. That being said, we have a lot of guys who I think like to poach more than hunt. That's the only way it makes sense to me. They seem to enjoy trying to stay one step ahead of the law. ...but I have digressed. Yes, the punishment seems fair in my opinion.
