They might have them in stock in a parts kit......if not they can get it from Bowtech for sure.
Those Delrin spacers are pretty common items in a pro-shop. I don't know the correct thickness he'll need but it can be eyeballed pretty easily. Basically you just need one that will fill that gap up better than the thin one.
It's an honest 5 minute fix, just press it, pop th eaxle out to the point where the spacer can be removed, slide a thicker one in and psuh the axle back into place. Done deal, shouldn't change a thing on your bow except the buzz.
If he doesn't have them in stock or that he can pirate from another bow, Bowtech will absolutely send some out to him. All he needs to do is tell them he needs a couple thicker spacers to replace the undersized ones. If you have to wait, in the meantime just keep shooting and enjoying the bow, this isn't something that will cause you to have to put it away until it's fixed.
IF he doesn't have any in stock in his spare parts he'll have to contact Bowtech anyway if he takes a set off another model because he'll need to replace those.
