I'd call the sheriff and have him arrested. I'd also write the paper, tell everyone I knew and ask for reimbursement for damage to the fields and anythinng else you can think of. If the guy sees any neat pictures he'll probably be back to poach your deer or at the very least enter them in a contest to see if he can win something. I'd dang sure make copies and call the law. No question about what to do. If it was some sleezeball that everyone knew was poaching what would you do. Exactly, do the same thing to this sleezeball. The guy was there for no good reason. At the minimum I'd ffind out who his supervisor was and take your evidence to him. Just ask him to ask the guy, what were you doing on your land? See what kind of story he comes up with.
