There's a lot of good ones now. Limbdriver does simplify things a bit...but even 'normal' ones are simple enough. And there's all sorts of tutorials on youtube.

Oh, and try Loctite SuperGlue UltraGel (black with blue 'wings' on the bottle). I don't I'll ever go back to "fletching" glues. You don't need it with the loctite but if you're not adding a drop at the front and back of each fletch try it. It did make my Bohning Platinums stay on better when I shot through a target or the random 2-liter/coke can/whatever-my-catches.
