"Best" is such a subjective term.
I think you'll find that the majority of the Bowtech "pros" are shooting with the Limb Driver rest. I can't see where that would be a problem with fingers. The Limb Driver is nice, in that it's like having a flipper rest that folds flat at the very last instant before the fletching would otherwise brush against the flipper arms.
