You grouse hunters better be aging your birds before you shoot them as well. Might be a young one in that group!
The young ones are better eating.
Grouse are awesome tasting birds, no dought in that! Gotta be the best tasting bird I've ate.
Not only great eating but great sport, stomping one day old baby grouse would beabout this much morechallenging than shooting a doe fawn.
