I think somewhere you said you were a pork butt smoker. Me, too, I love pulled pork. If you ever tried to smoke a 10-14 lbs deer hind, you know getting that bad boy tasting good and tender and moist is a challenge. But you try smoking a 3-4lb fawn hind, and man, you might go out seeking the illusive fawn more often.
