I like to keep the distance short on how far my camera can take pictures. Logging roads work really well as do the corner of a field, where I have cleaned a road for them to walk in on. I don't like to see my feeder in the pictures but scattering some corn in front of your camera will make for some nice pictures. Also remember to keep your camera low to the ground.
