Why when someone puts up a "guess the score" thread, do people answer with fractions? 140 3/8s, 146 7/8s. Is this to be clever or cute? You're guessing from a picture so you're not going to be accurate within the inch or probably even 5 inches. Why not say 140 or 145. An annoying pet peeve of mine.
When I post on a guess the score, it's not a guess from me. I take a ruler and measure know distances, and compare them with the size of the deer antlers. It's through this comparitive analysis that I can get consitantly within 1/16 of an inch to the actual score of the deers rack.
