Default RE: What kind of truck/suv do you have for bowhunting ?

No truck here. 4 hours each way to my camp every weekend from the beginning of October, to January........and a truck quickly becomes a poor $$$ decision. Besides, this car is a LOT more fun to drive and gets 30mpg when I baby it. Right now she's wearing Wintersport M3's on black steelies and it's a TON of fun to drive in the snow we get up here in upstate NY. It's a ton of fun on gravel and offroad as well, I just have to watch for clearance. If I need to go offroad, we have a 6wd Ranger at my bud's place, and a 4wd 29 horse Kubota at my camp as well, so between these what I have works fine.

In this pic I have an entire weeks worth of gear for two guys packed in there including enough coolers to keep 2x deer in. Next season I'll have a hitch assembly and the hitch mounted tray for extra cargo or a dead deer.
