qzq38b, 292 is the speed that the Chrono showed 5 out of 5 shots with my arrow tipped with 100gr field point. "This Ain't Your Daddy's Bow" by the way. LOL[:-]I know myself and the proshop guy was delightfully surprised at the speed. But hey the Chrony is right on with all the other bows at the shop so? Anyway, the above info I gave mobow is where I am right now, so thanks if you can help.

AHH Sorry. I know what I did. Your bow's IBO of 308 is at 27.5" draw. I assumed that 308 was at 30" draw. That's why my speed calculation was so screwed up.
You're right - that bow IS smokin to get that speed with that DL and that arrow weight.
