What do you do with meat from coyotes after skinning
Today I was riding my snowmobile around Denver (thank god for the snow) and in a field by my house I ran over a coyote. This wasn' t intentional, he jumped pretty much right infront of me on a suicide mission. It didn' t kill him but really messed up his hind legs so I took care of him. I took him home and skinned him out, and have his carcass laying in the snow by the house. I have no intentions of eating him, but was wondering if anyone does anything with the meat. I was thinking about boiling him up and feeding him to my dog, but I' m not sure about that.
