Worked in a prison in WVas a CO. I can tell you that the averagecriminal who is convicted of a non-violent crime has done a whole bunch of crimes before he issentenced. Many violent criminals areare serving time for a non-violent offenses. Inmates sentenced for drug offenses get out of prison and go back to dope. I do not want any dope addict owning a gun.
